In the proposal, you will see that the following services are included:

  • 7-day servicing and repairs is included with all Laseraid rentals.  That means less downtime and less impact on your business. Also, our technicians are based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and undergo some of the most comprehensive training in the industry.
  • Delivery and installation will be completed by our servicing team.
  • Training is provided by our in-house experts.

Once you are happy with the proposal, we set dates for delivery, training and ongoing regular servicing. Importantly, if you have any problems our team is only a phone call away and our head office is in Sydney if you would rather meet face-to-face.
