Jessica spent 14 years in aesthetics, starting in the treatment room as a therapist and clinic manager, so she knows how a clinic really runs, from the front desk to the last appointment of the day. She has worked with large corporate clinic groups and served as a Clinical Trainer for a leading aesthetic device manufacturer, so she understands both the commercial pressures and the clinical details behind every treatment. Jessica’s job is to help you choose a device that fits your menu and your numbers, then set up your team to use it effectively.
With several years of experience in the aesthetic device industry, Dimi works closely with clinic owners to help them introduce new technologies and expand their treatment offerings. A key focus is on helping clinics find the right equipment for their business, offering flexible acquisition options and ongoing support to help them grow and stay competitive.
With over 30 years of experience working with medical and aesthetic device companies, Ludy brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong focus on building meaningful relationships with her clients. She is passionate about understanding each clinic’s unique goals and helping them identify opportunities to grow their business.
Known for her resilience, insight, and genuine commitment to her clients’ success, Ludy works closely with clinics to introduce solutions that enhance treatment offerings, strengthen client loyalty, and support long-term business growth.

Lainie is our Head of Education and Clinical Training at Laseraid. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) and started out as a beauty therapist before moving into dermal science because she always had a passion for skin. She has sold to and trained clinicians for a leading aesthetic device manufacturer, and now she leads the team of Clinical Trainers that will train your therapists, building the protocols that get real results from every device. Whether you’re choosing your first device or adding to your menu, you will have Lainie in your corner.
Danai is our Account Manager and Clinical Trainer for NSW South and ACT. Danai owned a clinic for eight years and once sold, worked as an Area Manager for a large national laser and skin group, so she has been exactly where you’re sitting, weighing up which device to get and how to introduce it to your team and clients. Danai has spent Twenty-two years in the aesthetics industry and knows knowledge is what makes a treatment safe and effective, so she will ensure your team are well trained and competent.
Samantha is your Territory Manager for QLD and NT. She is a dermal therapist and nurse and has spent nearly a decade treating in clinics alongside doctors, dermatologists, and other nurses, so she know what a treatment has to deliver and what it takes to deliver it well. In this role, she works across both sides of your clinic, helping you choose the right device and ensuring your team gets the most from it.
Courtney is your Account Manager and Clinical Trainer for NSW North and WA. She is a diploma-qualified beauty therapist with a Graduate Certificate in Laser and IPL and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and 13 years of industry experience. She started with Laseraid’s service department, so she can answer all of technical and clinical questions.
Lindel is your Account Manager and Clinical Trainer for VIC and SA. She has spent 18 years in aesthetics, starting as a beauty therapist working in day spas, then studying dermal therapies and working as a dermal clinician before moving into clinical education and account management, where she spent the last eight years. Lindel holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapies, and she educates how she likes to be trained. Lindel has been where your therapists are, and she will make sure your team knows your device inside out.
